(formerly Wachusett Manor) is a 96-bed nursing home located in Gardner, Massachusetts. We are conveniently located only a five minute drive from Heywood Hospital. We have been serving the Gardner, Fitchburg, and Leominster areas for over 60 years.
Wachusett Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
offers short-term rehabilitation, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We also offer long-term care, respite care, and end-of-life services. We are located on top of Hospital Hill and have beautiful scenic views. We are a family-friendly facility and we provide excellent personalized care. We have a well-manicured large lawn and a gorgeous courtyard area for our residents to explore.

Our Recreation team has been hard at work bringing new life and color to our gardens, and their dedication truly shows. From blooming flowers to freshly tended greenery, every detail has been thoughtfully cared for to create a warm and inviting outdoor space.
Residents are already enjoying the beauty of the season—taking in the fresh air, admiring the vibrant flowers, and spending peaceful moments surrounded by nature. The gardens have quickly become a favorite spot for relaxation, connection, and joy.
