(formerly Wachusett Manor) is a 96-bed nursing home located in Gardner, Massachusetts. We are conveniently located only a five minute drive from Heywood Hospital. We have been serving the Gardner, Fitchburg, and Leominster areas for over 60 years.
Wachusett Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
offers short-term rehabilitation, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We also offer long-term care, respite care, and end-of-life services. We are located on top of Hospital Hill and have beautiful scenic views. We are a family-friendly facility and we provide excellent personalized care. We have a well-manicured large lawn and a gorgeous courtyard area for our residents to explore.

Our residents enjoyed an amazing performance by California Karl, filled with great music, smiles, and plenty of singalongs! 🎸🎤 The fun continued with a creative painting activity, where everyone had the chance to show off their artistic talents. 🖌️🎨
